Branch Manager Trainee
The Management Trainees will experience a well-rounded approach to business learning by being involved in all departments and divisions of the company from operations, finance, accounting, purchasing, warehousing, human resources and business development. The Management Trainees shall be exposed to meetings with internal stakeholders such as the upper management and employees as well as with external stakeholders such as government officials, suppliers, contractors and customers. Depending on the performance and initiative of the Management Trainees, they may become full-fledged managers and promoted to high-level management position within six months to one year of their regularization in the company. As a full-fledged Branch Manager, he is expected to effectively manage branch operations and translate top management business goals, objectives and directives into a reality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related fields

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications to manage word documents, spreadsheets and databases and presentations

  • Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in a managerial position in a similar industry. Fresh graduates can be considered provided they possess strong leadership skills.

  • Must be willing to be assigned in any of our branches

Branch Accountant
Apart from recording and preparing financial statements, the Branch Accountants play an important role in managing the branches of the company especially in monitoring their financial performance. They act as a financial partner of the Branch Manager in making sure that revenue targets are being met and expenses are kept at the minimum. Also, they ensure that branches controls, standard operating procedures and internal policies are being strictly followed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Accounting

  • With professional license is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications to manage word documents, spreadsheets and databases and presentations

  • Preferably with experience in a similar field. Fresh graduates can be considered provided that they posses strong command of accounting rules and principles

  • Must be willing to be assigned in our branches

  • Must be keen to details and organized
  • Must be independent and able to work with minimal supervision

Company Engineer
In charge of monitoring existing and proposed projects of the company from start to finish and ensuring that they are within set budget, timeline and specified standard. This includes project estimation, implementation and monitoring
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical).

  • Professional License holder is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications to manage word documents, spreadsheets and databases and presentations.

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Having a work experience in a water utility industry and a background using AutoCad is a plus.
